For more than 20 years, Jean-Charles FOUSSAT and his team have developed essential expertise in distribution law, more specifically in the area of commercial intermediaries (commercial agents, VRP, VDI, agents, CIF, etc.) as well as in real estate agent law. They thus offer their clients comprehensive support in both consulting and litigation.
Jean-Charles FOUSSAT is today one of the few specialists regarding the statuses of commercial intermediaries and, first and foremost, the status of commercial agents, including in real estate.
Combining this expertise with a long-standing practice, also, of the Hoguet law, Jean-Charles FOUSSAT intervenes in particular in the context of the creation and organization of networks of commercial agents, real estate agents, etc. by combining commercial agent law in real estate, the Hoguet law and direct sales techniques such as MLM in particular.
Jérôme DEROULEZ, who became a lawyer after a career as a magistrate and with a long experience in European negotiations in Brussels, is a recognized expert in the protection of personal data, digital law and new technologies.
With his team, Jérôme DEROULEZ supports his clients in the private and public sectors to ensure their compliance and more broadly provide strategic advice in the development of their data projects. He is particularly present in the health sector.
Passionate about the challenges of regulating new technologies, the team has also developed specific legal expertise, in line with the abundant legislative and regulatory news in France and within the European Union.
The team of around ten people shares the same ambition in providing strategic support to its clients, in terms of advice, negotiation and litigation.
